Boiler furnace walls, or waterwalls, are an important part of the design and operation of a boiler. They are made up of a system of tubes or panels located around the combustion chamber of the boiler (around the outside of the furnace), forming the walls of the furnace through which water flows.
Its main objective is to act as a heat exchanger since it receives all the heat from the furnace and transports the hottest ( and less dense) water to the top of the boiler, that is, to the boiler head.
Aggressive Tube Bending has the ability to manufacture high-quality water wall panels, as well as tubular floor and roof panels of various configurations, using carbon steel or composite materials.
